![]() Samsung want you to buy the new watch, they are not interested in us, clearly. Nothing that the end user can do can fix this issue, I joined this forum in the hope of an official fix or (another) update from Samsung but my hope is fading. Im not only disgusted with this latest failure im also starting to see a pattern forming in the society of corporate to add guys that you're not alone (not that makes it any easier to take) - mine has been the same since the Tizen upgrade, along with many others reported not only here on this forum but on the FB groups and elsewhere on the internet. Are you now making sure to place timers on your device to guarantee profits for your investors? Samsung, ive been a long time, loyal customer and believe in the freedom outside of the apple business model but as att, apple and many of you greedy corporations are clearly showing the lack of appreciation towards the very customers that stick loyal to your products. It shows it is fully charged but refuses to boot up. Out of Frustration i shut off the watch and placed it on the charger dock due to the battery draining really fast. Sensors was way off, it didnt want to charge or was very slow to respond whever i tired to spin the bezel or reboot the watch. Had my gear for two years, after the lastest update watch went to dog poop.
